Characteristics
Colour: intense straw yellow with greenish hues. Nose: delicate bouquet, in which hints of hazelnut, dried fruit and floral aromas, acacia flowers and magnolia blend elegantly with notes of tropical fruit.
Taste: dry, smooth, velvety, strikingly pleasant to drink.
Pairings: wine suitable for tasty seafood dishes, reminiscent of the mineral sensations of the sea. Excellent with crabs and lobsters.

Empatia is a Fiano di Avellino DOCG BIO and winner of the prestigious Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso 2020 award. Only the best grapes from the "BIO Certified" Montefalcione vineyard are used to produce this Fiano di Avellino. In this regard, grapes are selected carefully and harvested strictly by hand.
