Characteristics
Colour: magnificent deep ruby. Nose: very wide-ranging aromas in which delicious notes of vanilla, small red fruits, layers of plum jam and early complexities of sweet spices come together.
Taste: complete refined roundness and smoothness on the palate, very elegant in flavours, particularly enjoyable and persistent in taste.
Pairings: it is a wine to be drunk in large balloon glasses paired with meat dishes of great cuisine, it can also be a great meditation wine.

Vinification
Wine made only in the best vintages from vines subjected to summer thinning aimed at limiting production. Manual harvesting with careful selection of the bunches that are softly pressed. Long maceration on the skins for several weeks. Malolactic fermentation carried out entirely in barrique.
