Characteristics
Colour: straw yellow with vivid green reflections.Nose: very clean and distinct with clear hints of chlorophyll, tropical fruit, aniseed and light sage.
Taste: soft and warm but sustained by a lively acidic thorn that then fades into the typical light almondy finish.
Pairings: goes well with first courses with sauces, even red ones, baked sea bream, stockfish all'anconetana.
