Grapes Montepulciano and Sangiovese
Characteristics Colour: very bright ruby red with distinct violet reflections.
Nose: hints of sour cherry, raspberry and blackberry.
Taste: soft wine with fine tannin and sweet hints of ripe fruit and varietal pepper.

Pairings: ideal for aperitifs in general. Perfect with first courses including fish, white and red meat main courses.
Alcohol content 14,5%
Serving temperature 16-18°C

Vinification

Maceration with the skins for 6-8 days, racking and thermal control at the end of fermentation at a temperature of 24°C.
