Characteristics
Colour: very bright ruby red with distinct violet reflections.Nose: hints of sour cherry, raspberry and blackberry.
Taste: soft wine with fine tannin and sweet hints of ripe fruit and varietal pepper.
Pairings: ideal for aperitifs in general. Perfect with first courses including fish, white and red meat main courses.
