"Lambicar" means "to distill" in Trentino dialect. It's an ancient word, as ancient as Trentino's traditons of distillation of pomace. Nota grappa is made from single-varietal pomace which has been carefully slected in our cellars. It is these grapes which give, firstly to the wines and then to the grappas, their unmistakeable bouquet and a delicate and fragrant aroma. The distillation process of this pomace is done slowly using the baine-marie method known as "bagnomaria Trentino". The single-varietal grappa Nota distinguishes itself with its aromatic, elegant and intense perfume together with a clear and soft taste.
