Vinification

After the vinification of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is fermented on the skins with the traditional technique of Ripasso and the next aging in oak barrels.

Characteristics

Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: fruity, well complemented by light hints of vanilla.
Taste: full-bodied, smooth and velvety taste.

Pairings

Suitable for the whole meal, it goes well with vegetable risotto, roasts and game.
