Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes, which are immediately cooled at 10°C for a few hours. Fermentation in steel vats at 14-16°C for several days. Malolactic fermentation not carried out.

Characteristics

Colour: deep straw yellow with greenish hues.
Bouquet: delicate bouquet, in which hints of hazelnut, dried fruit and floral aromas of acacia, magnolia and hawthorn flowers blend elegantly with notes of tropical fruit.
Flavour: dry, warm, soft, velvety, strikingly pleasant to drink.

Pairings

A wine suitable for non-elaborate but tasty seafood dishes, reminiscent of the mineral sensations of the sea. Excellent with crabs and lobsters.
