Consorzio Valentina
All apples are grown according to integrated farming regulations that limit human intervention in order to guarantee the health of the fruit. Consorzio Valentina's partner, Legambiente, guarantees through the brand and regular controls the authenticity of the fruit. Legambiente is one of the most recognized consumer and environmental associations in Italy. Il Consorizio Valentina has a EUREP-GAP certificate of quality, an internationally-recognized certification.

Consorzio Valentina represents Gruppo Mezzacorona's orchards. Trentino-Alto Adige is the largest cultivator of apples in Italy. Over 60% of all apples grown in Italy are cultivated in this region. Valdadige cultivates approximately 22,000 tons of apples annually, 5% of Trentino's total production.
This production is represented primarily by the brands: Valentina, La Mela Trentina and Mela di Campo. Mela di Campo adheres to Legambiente's l'Agricoltura Italiana di Qualita` campaign.
