"Lambicar" is a word from the Trentino dialect that means "to distill". It is an ancient word, as is the tradition of marcs distillation in Trentino.
NOTA grappa is produced from the marcs of single grape varietals. The grapes from Trentino, carefully selected in our cellars, donate first to the wine and then to the grappa their unmistakable bouquet and delicate aroma.
The marcs are distilled slowly with the Trentino bain-marie method. NOTA is distilled to achieve a harmonious, fine yet intense bouquet as a soft and refined flavor.
